COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Pioneer believes treatment begins before the client ever enters any of our programs. The Community Services Representative (CSR), provides education and outreach efforts to the community and industry to help people understand behavioral health problems and to recognize it in themselves and others. Pioneer recognizes that early diagnosis and treatment of behavioral health problems leads to the best chance of recovery. CSR’s work with industry, labor, and Employee Assistance Programs to provide training for supervisors and intervention and referral for troubled employees. CSR’s respond 24-hours a day to help those in need of treatment or to help families intervene with loved ones. All Pioneer facilities provide 24-hour confidential helplines providing information and referral to appropriate sources of help and treatment.
